Laughter exercises are ideal in team building. Along with scientifically proven health benefits, Therapeutic laughter also creates a strong connection between team members while encouraging acceptance, unity and strong team spirit!
Athletes will feel energized and confident. They will have increased positive thinking and a better mood, which helps in achieving success in any team.
Sessions include practical breathing techniques to increase oxygen to the mind and body, heal and rejuvenate.
Practical exercises are taught and practiced for releasing stress/tension and boosting energy before competitive events.
Sessions are specifically tailored to care for each individual, taking under strict consideration each persons condition and abilities.
